Maybe. Some residential land uses are permitted in some commercial districts. To determine if your residential use is permitted in your zoning district you can do one of the following:
If you know the zoning district:
1. Select "Filter by District" at the top of the menu to the left of the
main map.
2. Select the zoning district in question.
3. Expand the "Residential" category near the bottom of the list to view which uses arer permitted within the district.
4. The land uses can be selected for more specific information about the use if desired.
If you know about a specific parcel:
1. Start by searching for the property but Owner Name, Address or Parcel Number on the
Find Your Zoning Page. (Note: You can search for partial information such as last name only or 244 Spring instead of 244 Spring Street.)
2. Select the property in question from the results list to open a Parcel Details Page dedicated to that parcel.
3. Expand the Interactive Zoning Details menu and the Allowable Land Uses menu. Expand the "Residential" category to see which residential uses (if any) are permitted for the property.
4. Select the specific Land Use to review more information including parking, development and permiting requirements.
